Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will report to the Employment Solutions Executive Director and will be responsible to manage the key HR projects ICAP Outsourcing Solutions undertakes on behalf of its clients. You will have a key role in supervising the implementation and delivery of HR Outsourcing projects (BPO/RPO), being the focal point with key clients and providing presales and after-sales support. You will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.

The Role:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HR services, including conducting market research, and develop proposals for potential clients.
  • Liaise with clients to gain a good understanding of the industry, their work culture and environment and their specific needs.
  • Provide after-sales support and manage client requests.
  • Establish and maintain positive and long-term relationships with clients and represent the company’s brand and values.
  • Manage and mentor a team of senior recruiters, providing them with guidance, feedback, and support, and ensuring that they have the necessary resources to perform their tasks.
  • Coordinate and oversee all HR projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the client’s expectations and satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a compelling brand identity and strategically expand candidate outreach to enrich our talent pool.

Candidate Profile:

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong record of achievement in a similar role. This could include experience in sales, project, and team management, managing HR and Recruitment projects. Knowledge of Greek labor law, payroll processes and tax regulations is necessary.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are essential. The candidate should be able to lead and inspire a diverse team of senior HR consultants, fostering collaboration and a results-oriented culture.
  • An understanding of client needs and the ability to develop client-focused solutions are essential. The candidate should be skilled in building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills are a must. The candidate should be able to convey complex service offerings clearly and persuasively to external stakeholders.
  • Our industry is dynamic, and the ideal candidate should be adaptable to changing market conditions, industry trends, and evolving client preferences.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, or a related field is typically required. An advanced degree or relevant certifications can be advantageous.
