Job Description
We are looking for a highly-motivated Technology Recruiter to join our team! Does the latest trends and technologies in the Information Technology field interest you? Communication and negotiation skills are your strong assets. If so, we’d love to chat!
You will participate in the full recruitment cycle, undertaking end -to -end recruitment projects for various clients. Our mission is clear: to match the perfect candidate with the right job!
A day at work:
You will:
Participate in all recruiting activities to include: job description creation, sourcing, advertising positions, screening, phone interviewing, interviews and hires in order to fulfill the timely placement of our projects
Develop and manage a network of IT active and passive candidates and grow it
Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients as well as with candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or/ and Master’s degree of HR and IT related fields will be considered as an asset.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience related with screening, interviewing and assessing candidates for Technology roles through a Technology/Consulting organization
- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms
- Fluency in English

- Organizational, planning and time management skills
- Very good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think both logically and creatively.
- Self-motivation with the desire to deliver high quality results within the agreed timelines
