Costa Navarino is in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese, in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes in the Mediterranean. It is currently home to four 5-star deluxe hotels, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes, W-Costa Navarino at Navarino Waterfront and Mandarin Oriental Costa Navarino at Navarino Bay.
In the coming years, more upscale branded hotels will be added to our portfolio, both in Messinia and Athens, including the re-launch of the former Athens Hilton.

As a Cashier at W Costa Navarino, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and efficient payment process for our guests, contributing to their overall satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include accurately processing transactions, handling cash and electronic payments, and providing friendly and efficient service at the point of sale. Your attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service will be essential in creating a positive and smooth experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and electronic payments.
- Maintain a neat and organized cashier station.
- Provide friendly and welcoming service to guests at the point of sale.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy in recording sales transactions and balance cash registers at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile daily sales.
- Follow established procedures and policies regarding cash handling and transactions.
- Uphold confidentiality and security measures related to financial transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments, including food and beverage and retail, to ensure a cohesive and seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
