LMW is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented International HR Operations Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The role will be based at the company's headquarters in Athens.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to international customers regarding the HR services and resolve their inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork andorientation.
- Act as a point of contact for international employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and providing support as needed.
- Stay informed about labour laws and employment regulations.
- Support the administration of international employee benefits programs.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Perform back office duties-organize relevant information in Excel files, set proper reminders, conduct filing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Greek, English (knowledge of an additional foreign language especially Portuguese or Czech is a plus).
