As member of the Business Analysis team in Optasia, your primary objective is to increase product efficiency and profitability by providing detailed business analyses, with meaningful commentary on the financial and operational results, specifically on the company’s Revenue and financial forecasts and analysis.
What you will do
- Valuation of existing projects, monitor deviation of actual results compared to the Budget.
- Variance Analysis
- Comparison of financial performance of deployments through well-established KPIs and Benchmarks.
- Planning and monitoring services’ operational performance, identify risks and underperformances in the early stages of trend changes.
- Make suggestions for performance improvement.
- Collect and analyze complex data for reporting and/or performance (trend) analysis.
- Develop required internal processes and frameworks to provide Exco reports.
- Participate in annual Budget preparation.
What you will bring
- Degree qualified in Mathematics, Finance / Commerce / Business economics.
- 3-5 years working experience in a Mobile Network VAS Service Provider
- Strong quantitative abilities including the ability to solve complex problems.
- Advanced knowledge of financial modelling and strong analytical background
- Ability to effectively communicate business concepts to non-finance staff including Sales, Marketing and Operations.
- High level of commercial acumen
- Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other analytical tools such as Power BI.
- Dashboards’ experience for example Qlik.

- Experienced with supporting and communicating with various company stakeholders in order to assist with their commercial, revenue and forecasting related requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to get complex ideas across in an easy to-understand way.
