Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a Planning Officer to join our Manufacturing Execution amp; Detailed Scheduling team at Pharmathen’s Pallini premises.

As a Planning Officer you will be responsible for the daily schedule realization amp; monitoring of Production amp; Packaging of the Plant and for relative Planning KPIs reporting.

More particularly:

What you’ll do:

  • Follow Planning Department processes as defined by SOPs amp; TDRs requirements
  • Prepare, review, and follow the short-term (3 month) packaging schedule according to the requirements, focused on achieving the desired KPI and service level
  • Assist in the realization of the day-to-day packaging plan
  • Monitor on a daily basis printed materials status and appropriate movements between warehouses
  • Define reasons behind changes of schedule
  • Collaborate with internal teams, departments as required
  • Follow Company's Quality Policy and comply with current operational standards and legislative requirements
  • Work in accordance with the requirements of the written Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Technical Directives and Protocols of the company's Quality System, that are related to the duties of the described position
  • Follow the rules of hygiene and control of health status as defined in the relevant Policies and Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Degree in relevant field, Engineering, IT, Logistics amp; Supply Chain or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent command of English language (writing amp; speaking)
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills
