Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Develop and maintain help sheets and FAQ lists
- Reviewelectricaldrawings
- Documentandreporterrorsintheticketingsystem
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise
- Communicate effectively with clients viaphone,chat,andemail
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each customer andmaintainstrongprofessionalrelationships with them
Requirements
- DegreeinElectricalorAutomationEngineering(AEI,IEK,Technicalschool)
- Knowledgeof electricaldrawing, schematicsand circuitdiagrams
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Experienceintheelevatorsectorand/orautomationapplicationswillbeanasset
- Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
- Fluency in English (Both verbal amp; written)
- Completedmilitaryservice(regardsmencandidates)
