Job Description

LMWis seeking for an ambitious and result - orientedTechnical Support Engineer, on behalf of a client company, which operates in the technology industry, providing innovative solutions that upgrade people's daily experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Develop and maintain help sheets and FAQ lists
  • Reviewelectricaldrawings
  • Documentandreporterrorsintheticketingsystem
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise
  • Communicate effectively with clients viaphone,chat,andemail
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of each customer andmaintainstrongprofessionalrelationships with them

Requirements

  • DegreeinElectricalorAutomationEngineering(AEI,IEK,Technicalschool)
  • Knowledgeof electricaldrawing, schematicsand circuitdiagrams
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Experienceintheelevatorsectorand/orautomationapplicationswillbeanasset
  • Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
  • Fluency in English (Both verbal amp; written)
  • Completedmilitaryservice(regardsmencandidates)
