Job Description

Costa Navarino is in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese, in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes in the Mediterranean. It is currently home to four 5-star deluxe hotels, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes, W-Costa Navarino at Navarino Waterfront and Mandarin Oriental Costa Navarino at Navarino Bay.

In the coming years, more upscale branded hotels will be added to our portfolio, both in Messinia and Athens, including the re-launch of the former Athens Hilton.

As a Whatever/Whenever Chief you will be reporting directly to the Front Office Director and will play a vital role in the success of the first W hotel in Greece.

You are the heart inside the brand you bring it to life.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily operation of Whatever Whenever team and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor effective facilitation of hotel’s policies and procedures
  • Handle and resolve issues or challenges that arise
  • Monitor all internal and external calls to ensure effective communication with both external and internal guests and colleagues
  • Provide regular updates on the status of requests or projects
  • Preparing shift schedule for the team
  • Stay informed about available resources, services and events in local area to proceed with suggestions to guests
  • Stay updated on training and development opportunities for continuous improvement of the team, and have an active role on their training

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in managing a Phone Center department in a high, resort and lifestyle kind of environment
  • Experience in Concierge services required
  • Eye for detail always strive for perfection
  • Fluency in Greek and English required
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal amp; written
  • Integrity, adaptability, flexibility and results-oriented
  • Strong team player, attract, develop and retain talent
