SoftOne is looking for a Senior HR amp; Support Consultant to join HR amp; Payroll Consulting Team. The candidate will be responsible for:
Main Duties amp; Responsibilities
- Provide consulting expertise for HR amp; Payroll software.
- Provide guidance on business processes based upon sound understanding of key functions within HR including Payroll.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HR amp; Payroll problems/failures for both customers and partners and update ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Design, develop and deliver end user training.
Requirements
- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or relevant field.
- 8+ of experience in position of HR and/ or Payroll Team.
- 3+ years in position the Business Software Sector.
- Excellent knowledge of R/Payroll software products.
- Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation and procedures.
- Excellent customer-oriented skills.
- A team player with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Very good knowledge of English language
