As a Junior CP, you'll work in our Creative team, and closely with our Marketing department, contributing fresh and engaging copy for various projects and campaigns. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the voice and message of our brands, ensuring we connect with our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and craft compelling copy for a variety of marketing projects, including website content, advertising copy, email campaigns, and social media posts (mostly in English), ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand voice and messaging guidelines.
- Conduct thorough research to understand our target audience's needs and preferences, enabling the creation of relevant and impactful copy.
- Collaborate with all departments to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that effectively communicate our brand's message and drive engagement.
- Assist in tracking content performance against key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Regularly review and edit content to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in copywriting and content marketing, and emerging technologies to continuously refine and enhance content strategies.
- Monitor web analytics dashboards and point out areas of importance per our goals.
- Leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and day-to-day copywriting and creative activities.

Requirements
