As a Receptionist at Grecotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and tact
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel software
- Knowledge of local attractions and services
- Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
