As a Night Receptionist at Grecotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional overnight customer service and ensuring the smooth operations of the hotel during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in late arriving guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints during the night shift
- Manage and update reservations and ensure accurate guest information
- Perform night audits and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate actions
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Night Receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make effective decisions during night shifts
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel software
- Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
