You will be responsible for providing personalized service to guests, handling their inquiries and requests, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. As part of the N. • Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local area attractions.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services and promotions to effectively assist guests.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages, especially German or French, are a plus.
