Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Responsible for recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain qualified individuals
- Effectively handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment
- Manage performance appraisal systems and provide support and guidance to managers in performance management
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
- Interpret and enforce company policies, procedures and employment laws
- Payroll and benefits administration processes
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Economics field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a hospitality or service-oriented industry
- In-depth knowledge of Greek employment laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
