As a Bartender/Barista at Grecotel, you will have the opportunity to showcase your mixology or coffee-making skills and provide exceptional beverage service to our guests in one of the most beautiful locations in Greece. With our 40 unique architectural hotels and resorts, we pride ourselves on delivering sophisticated luxury experiences to travelers, embodying the essence of genuine Greek hospitality.

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Create and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and Grecotel's standards
• Take food and drink orders from guests and deliver them with exceptional customer service
• Assist with the set-up and tear-down of the bar area, including cleaning and restocking supplies
• Provide recommendations and information to guests about menu items, including wine and cocktail pairings
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Bartender/Barista in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of mixology or coffee-making techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their ingredients
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
