W Costa Navarinois seeking a capable and outgoing Welcome Desk Agent (Receptionist) The successful candidate needs to have excellent communication and organization skills and a high ability to multitask.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service by discovering all our guests’ needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively, and promptly.
- Upsell the running Marriots' programs and try to maximize revenue for the hotel.
- Always maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment.
- Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments.
- Welcome guests and resolve any possible problem / complaint quickly and courteously.
- Must perform check in, check out duties and receive payments for guests.
- Cooperate effectively will all team members.
Requirements
- Have minimum 2 years’ experience as a Front Office Agent
- Have a bachelor’s in business Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Greek and an extra foreign language will be considered as an advantage.
- Have excellent organization and communication skills with high ability to multitask.
- Possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Opera software.
