Actionline is currently seeking on behalf of its client Galenica AE Shift Supervisor of Production and Packaging at Kryoneri.

Shift Supervisor of Production and Packaging, reporting directly to Production Director, is responsible for the overall coordination of Production and Packaging Team of Galenica Kryoneri BU and in particular shall:

• Supervise and coordinate all production and packaging processes on a daily shift basis, to ensure required quality and quantity
• Responsible for the implementation of Hamp;S guidelines within the department
• Ensure and coordinate continuous training of personnel within the department\
• Participate in the preparation and coordination of all production and packaging validation process
• Participate in Inspections as requested
• Responsible of continuous improvement actions
• Ensure that all relative documentation is properly recorded and signed
• Batch Record Review
• Monitor production and packaging lines and equipment’s maintenance
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Revision and Issuance of Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions
• Monitor and Report deviations from current procedures, root cause analysis and impact evaluation on Production or Packaging
• Implement corrective and preventive actions according to company’s policy and regulation
• Ensure that all products are produced according to production plan

Job Position's Skills

• Fluent in English (oral and written skills)
• University Science Degree
• Advances PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Pharmaceutical Industry Experience at a relative role
• Work in Rotational Shifts
• Soft Skills in continuous improvement, problem solving, results oriented and time management
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
