Within this framework, we are looking for our an agile and highly-motivated Technology Recruiter to join a team of future shapers in a company of our Group.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing the recruitment strategy, being responsible for the entire life cycle of the recruitment process (screening, sourcing, interviewing, etc)
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases/, social media etc
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates and deliver within schedule.
- Participate in events related with the enhancement of the organization’s brand awareness.
- Regular interaction with Hiring Managers in order to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
Requirements
- University Degree in HR/Business/ Engineering/Psychology or relevant subject. Postgraduate Degree will be considered as an asset.
- Up to 2 years’ experience related with screening, interviewing and assessing candidates ideally for Technology roles through a Technology/Consulting organization.
- Experience in fulfillment of roles related with technologies such as Java, C++, Embedded S/W , Big Data/AI, IoT will be considered as an asset.
- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Fluency in English
