• Provide excellent customer service to all guests in the Famp;B department
• Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure a smooth operation of the department
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of restaurant areas and equipment
• Stocking and restocking inventory
• Answer guest questions concerning menu items, event details, and hotel services
• Provide support to senior team members as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and take direction from team members
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Must be available to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
