You will work alongside our talented chefs, using your exceptional culinary skills to create memorable dishes that showcase the finest local and international flavors. Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure that all food items are prepared and served in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper food handling and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting quality and productivity standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cook B'/C' in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
