As the Banquet Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of banquets and events at our luxurious hotel properties. Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of events.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide personalized service.
  • Lead and manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure availability and quality of resources.
  • Conduct regular inspections of banquet areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as catering and sales, to ensure seamless coordination of event logistics.
  • Monitor budget and expenses related to banquets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Banquet Manager in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Proven expertise in planning and executing banquets and events of varying sizes and complexities.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the nature of the position requires.
