The Team

The Machine Learning team, part of the Business Intelligence and Analytics team, develops solutions that improve business decisions by providing all necessary information to all sectors (Management, Finance, Sales, Risk etc) using data gathered both internally and externally.

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our BI teams and guide our team of ML Engineers in developing and deploying innovative AI and ML solutions that integrate with the rest of the company's BI Ecosystem, using Azure cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Guide, inspire and manage a team of ML Engineers in developing and deploying innovative AI and ML solutions
• Work closely with the rest of the BI teams to identify and prioritize ML opportunities
• Understand business needs, identify key data elements and design datasets
• Design, develop, and deploy ML solutions using the latest ML libraries and tools
• Train models and design robust ML solutions
• Integrate the solutions with the rest of the BI infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date on the latest ML trends and technologies and apply them to our solutions
• Collaborate with other teams across the company to ensure that our ML solutions are aligned with the overall business strategy
• Develop documentation and provide supporting material
• Continually advance technical knowledge and skills
• Perform tasks in an efficient amp; timely manner

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in similar position
• 2+ years of experience in team leading
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning or similar
• Excellent analytical and good problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
• Excellent knowledge of all the popular ML Related tools and programming languages (python, R, SQL)
• The ability to perform in a team environment and share knowledge
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

The following would be considered a plus:

• Experience on designing cloud solutions (Azure or other)
