Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract an Ramp;D Project Management Senior Officer to join our Ramp;D Finished Dosage Forms team at Pharmathen’s Metamorfosi premises.

As a Ramp;D Project Management Senior Officer you will act as liaison between the company and the clients to ensure scheduled deliver and on demand services on time.

More particularly:

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact with the client for project-related updates and escalations.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive project plans, including scope and timelines according to company’s and client’s needs.
  • Identify potential risks and issues across projects and suggest mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Prepare the quotations for any additional work required by the client
  • Interact and inform relevant departments about the clients’ requirements and ensure that the client is provided with the correct information
  • Maintain communication with the Business Development team to provide regular updates on the project's status.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients through email and t/cs to address any technical inquiries, submission requirements, and ensure seamless progress of the project. Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • BSc Degree in Chemistry or relevant field /Technical institution degree
  • MSc Degree in Chemistry or relevant field will be considered an asset
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication in English language (writing amp; speaking)
  • Computer literacy
