Disassembly Manager
Based in Volos
General Scope:The Disassembly Manager will report to the deputy production manager, and he will be responsible for train dismantling activities from the reception of the inspected unit to the delivery of the cars to Welding.
• Fulfils the responsibilities assigned in the systems implemented in the areas of Occupational Safety, Quality and Product Safety, Occupational Risk Prevention, and the Environment.
• Participates in the implementation and enforcement of legal requirements and internal EHS (occupational safety and health).
• Comply with, promote, and enforce mandatory safety regulations, ensuring the use of PPE, order, and cleanliness in the team.
• Coordinate with Quality on Non-Conformities (NCR's) detected in their area.
• Identify risks affecting their area or field of work and define/propose adequate means of prevention and protection to prevent them.
• Controlling, collecting, and allocating the work reports of the staff under his/her charge.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the physical means necessary for the execution of assigned tasks.

Requirements
• Degree in Industrial Engineering • Minimum two years' experience in the industrial/manufacturing field, as a production or shift manager. • Experience in train maintenance will be considered an asset. • Training in mechanical engineering. • Very good knowledge of English (speaking and writing). • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
