Our Team is growing and we are looking for a Porsche Center Manager who shares our passion for luxury cars.

What you will be called to work on:

• Set clear goals and expectations for PC Athens ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Oversee staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and service strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for sales and service.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, implement corrective actions as needed, and report progress to senior management.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that the dealership delivers exceptional customer experiences at all touchpoints.
• Oversee the implementation of effective customer service processes, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor financial KPIs, such as gross profit margins, inventory turnover, and operating expenses, and take appropriate actions to optimize results.
• Streamline and optimize dealership operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize resource utilization.
• Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management, pricing strategies, and facility maintenance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, both traditional and digital, to drive customer traffic and increase brand visibility.

Requirements

The ideal candidate needs:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)

• 3 5 years of proven experience in luxury automotive dealership management with experience in Pamp;L responsibility, with a focus on high-end brands
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams
• Exceptional communication amp; interpersonal skills in the English amp; Greek language
