About the role
We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented performance marketing specialist to join our marketing team. You’ll be reporting directly to the Head of Growth and you will be working together with all growth team members to execute PPC campaigns aimed at directing high quality traffic on site and acquiring new customers through paid channels. Responsibilities
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics across all paid media platforms
- Monitor campaigns daily to identify key trends and communicate recommendations and optimization opportunities
- Utilize data, audience segmentation, ongoing measurement, and a continuous test-and-learn approach to enhance performance
- Support conversion optimization testing, by experimenting with ad copy/design, bids, targeting, and landing pages
- Create and maintain performance marketing documentation
- Keep a pulse on the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape to help design and implement campaign plans
Requirements
- 1+ year experience managing paid media, preferably in a B2B or high-growth SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience managing global campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook (Google Ads certification is a plus)
- Experience with Quora Ads, Reddit Ads and native advertising platforms is a plus
- Excel/Google sheets, Google Analytics and basic data analytics competency
- Keyword research, campaign buildout, ad creation, A/B copy testing, bid management and lead generation experience
- Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization, with an ability to organize and scrutinize data, interpret metrics and identify trends.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Strategic approach backed by attention to detail and critical thinking
