The role
The ideal candidate will join the Procurement Department and will support the Procurement Manager in the development of category strategies by undertaking market analysis and research. She/ he will report directly to the Procurement Manager. The role is fixed-term (6mos) with the possibility of renewal.
The position will be based at our headquarters in Gerakas,Athens (hybrid).
Main Responsibilities
Assist the stakeholders in data collection on supplier performance
Develop and maintain a supplier database
Take accountability for small spending to support future development
Releasing competitive bid process for small spend goods/services and evaluating responses.
Preparation of Purchase Orders, forwarding to local/international suppliers, and ensuring their correct filing.
Invoice management of procured goods/services
Manage supplier Invoice Queries and resolve in agreed timescales
Update and maintain supplier contract registry
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and to purchasing policies and procedures
