Job Description

Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.15bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.

To ensure efficient and effective support for serviced Corporate amp; SME Portfolios (Loan Facilities, Bond Loans, Syndicated Bond Loans, Syndicated Loans amp; Leasing), we are looking for a Corporate Loans Operations Officer to perform all end-to-end tasks associated with Wholesale Loan Servicing.


Responsibilities:

The role reports to Corporate Portfolio operations management and is accountable for the following:

  • Completing, managing, and reviewing customer documentation, including contracts, agreements, and collaterals.
  • To put into effect restructuring approval decisions regarding repayment schedule, pricing, and other terms.
  • Working with Legal Operations to put into action decisions approving the continuation of legal proceedings and their denunciation.
  • Working with RMs and the Collaterals Team, submit data for transactions and update or modify existing collaterals.
  • To answer to various requirements from customers.
  • To collaborate constructively jointly to manage daily responsibilities with each department (RMs, Corporate Legal, Collaterals, etc.).
  • Working with Corporate Legal on drafting updated Private Debt Settlement Agreements.

  • Requirements

  • Three or more years of professional expertise managing loans, preferably for portfolios that have been denounced or restructured.
  • A background in managing corporate and SME administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort working under pressure in an agile delivery plan.
  • The ability to adapt regarding workflow platforms and debt management programs.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
