Job Description

Interweave is looking for an experienced Senior Creative Copywriter with Greek as native language to work on a number of projects for different clients with great worldwide interest. Responsible for using words to bring to life big bold creative ideas, conceptual development and crafted storytelling across all channels and formats. Their words should also inspire and motivate junior members of the team, with them leading by example.

This job involves a high skill of ideation and executional experience across Above and Below the Line projects, as well as Branding, Digital and Social. Brave and innovative creative work that drives change for our clients, our agency, and the society we live in. In this Senior Copywriter position you will work closely with the Creative Director and the Strategy Director, as well as with a team of highly skilled strategists, inspirational creatives, digital marketers and analysts, social media managers and content creators, art directors, designers and developers to build great campaigns and meaningful brand experiences online amp; offline.

The ideal candidate should be a nice and talented individual with a positive attitude who would bring in original new ideas and contagious energy to inspire the team; someone who gets passionate about what technology and the new media landscape can do for creativity and what creativity can do for the world, beyond the walls of the creative department.

You should have 5-7 years under your belt. Experienced, yet hungry. You are a thinker and a doer. Knowing when to keep it simple, when to be strategic, when to go crazy, and when to get real! And get equally excited about helping your team members and brands grow.

We like diversity of thought, so we’re open to people from all backgrounds and walks of life. We like those weirdos who’re never satisfied with their list of achievements and awards already won; who’re constantly looking to create the next exciting thing and remain obsessed with continually building their portfolios, eager to climb the creative ladder. We’re looking for a strong TTL writer, ideally with genuine digital experience. But we’d like to describe you as a media neutral creative.

Being good with words is given. Being good with people is a must. However, extra skills are always welcome we’d appreciate if you can also art direct, take photos, make movies, write strategies, debate, love sports, champion TikTok, be funny, say jokes, speak multiple languages, live to travel the world (and tell those stories), build a community, or have any superpowers.

Role

Think the idea. Spark an idea. Help an idea grow. Then sell it to your Creative Director, to your Strategy Director and then to the client. Finally, craft it brilliantly. All are equally important.

Your number one job is to understand the creative briefs (and clients’ needs) and work with Art Directors, Designers, Content Creators, Strategists, Inspirational Creative Leaders, Digital Marketers and Analysts, Social Media Managers and Developers to crack big, small, weird, social, buzzy, fresh ideas and build great brand experiences both online amp; offline. You can work on your own, but also function well in a team and bring a spirit of collaboration with you when you walk through the door every morning.

You may also need to inspire other’s and/or build on their ideas and come to solutions quicker with the output being simplicity and thinking that is sharp and beautiful.
  • Digital Platforms: You understand and own all digital platform formats and know how to write for them (TikToks, posts, stories, content calendars, activations, etc.).
  • Execution: You will need to have mastered the art of writing in various tones of voice and to produce work quickly.
  • Selling and Presenting: You should be able to sell ice-cubes to an Eskimo. Well, not literally but you get the point. And be able to have meaningful conversations with clients around the strategic direction of their brand and present creative off the back of strategy, while linking the two seamlessly.
  • Production: You will need to be able to choose the correct suppliers (directors/audio engineers/voice artists), to have an opinion on who executes your work and build relations with them for the ultimate good of the work.
  • People and Relationship Management: You should be able to form and hold close and respected relationships across all departments and people need to genuinely enjoy working with you. You may need to work with and get
