ELPEDISON, with its two privately-owned power plants in Thisvi (Voiotia )and Thessaloniki, with a total installed capacity of 820 MW, uses natural gas as fuel and ensures a clean and continuous electricity flow, based on a highly environmentally-friendly power generation process.

We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Officer for our Sales department, responsible to create, monitor, and support a large variety of crucial sales operations processes such as initiation of sales proposals (price and guarantee) in close cooperation with the Large Accounts team, Marketing, and Finance. Other main responsibilities include contract creation, preparation of digital signature requests, timely and accurate renewal of all Large Account’s existing clients, and respective pre-billing. Lastly, as a SOO you will be responsible for accurately reporting all assigned sales metrics to the Sales Support Section Manager, the other Sales Section Managers, and the Head of Sales.

What you will do:

  • Prepare Sales Proposals for potential Customers amp; monitor the full proposal process from beginning to end in order to provide insight and apply corrective measures amp; reminders
  • Responsible for creating contracts, representation of documents, letter of guarantee templates that define the pricing, method of payment amp; guarantee amount of Large Accounts
  • Notify Key Account Managers of expiring contracts and proceed to the contract renewal process
  • Responsible for the characterization of accounts as "Large" as well as for the client "usage type categorization" which defines large differences in regulated charges and needs high accountability
  • Prepare Signature Request folder for upper management to review and sign contracts thus receiving final authorization to represent the client
  • Proceed to the representation process of Large Account Clients through the DNO for Electricity and EDA for Natural Gas
  • Manage the CRM system for Large Accounts and is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating client and meter profiles as well as pricing through the creation of packages and rates avoiding at all costs possible mistakes that may cost the company
  • Provide data analytics for Sales and company-wide reporting. Solely responsible for inserting and handling data of large clients within the CRM for reporting purposes, and the accuracy of this information
  • Support sales processes and the agent network in various sales functions including special projects such as Natural Gas Facilitation, Client closed list support, PV roof and Net metering projects, and IT sales systems (WEB-CRM amp; Portal) ensuring functionality. Proceed to the creation and maintenance of most Sales related IT tools
  • Maintain Agent Portal by providing necessary access to partner and initial portal documentation upload relevant material, and monitor portal for obsolete content
  • Calculate sales partner network fees and arrange payment process of the partners as well as reporting

What you will need in order to succeed

  • Field Degree in Electrical engineering, Energy, Project management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
  • A Master’s degree will be considered a plus
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional working experience in a structured environment
  • Relevant Professional Experience in sales operations or the energy sector will be considered a plus
  • English Proficiency or Degree at University abroad or previous job experience
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel), ERP/CRM proficiency (preferably Salesforce)
  • Attention to detail
