Job Description
As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including talent sourcing, assessment, selection, offer process management, on-boarding and exit procedures. This position reports to the Chief People and Culture Officer, interfaces with hiring managers, People amp; Culture and Communications teams and collaborates with the HR Administrator.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of previous experience in the tech/ fintech industry.
- Hands on in the full cycle of recruiting and employer branding.
- Heavily experienced in competency based interviews for tech profiles.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Technology savvy and comfortable with different HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and database management for record keeping.
- Capable of working under own autonomy, part, or leader of a cross functional team.
- Organized and meticulous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, within different stakeholders and cultures.
- Proactive and problem solver aiming to suggest improvements.
- Creative thinker able to simultaneously focus on strategic issues while working on current requirements, solutions amp; concepts.
- Ownership and pride in outstanding performance and its impact on company’s success.
- Able to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
