Found.ation is looking for a highly motivated professional to become an integral part of the leadership team by undertaking the role of Projects amp; Services Manager through the latest evolution of our organization. The candidate must be tech-savvy, have experience in the field and understand the concepts of innovation, digital transformation and technological advancement. He or she is expected to have very good project management skills, experience in account management, and good understanding of consulting services so that they can combine these and help us to continue evolving our services into well-defined products. They will be responsible for the overall strategy, operation, and delivery of our services, ensuring that our clients receive high quality support through efficient and reproducible processes.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of consulting services to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. Lead day-to-day project management activities, supervising, coordinating and undertaking project related tasks working with other team members.
  • Develop and implement services that align with company objectives and market trends, with a focus on the productization of services and their efficient delivery.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional implementation team while developing and monitoring performance metrics to track the effectiveness of our services.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and promoting client success.
  • Promote a culture of improvement and innovation within the organization that nurtures a continuous creation of new offerings following technological and market developments.
  • Lead the operational and procedural aspects of the service implementation team, drafting and setting up processes and templatizing procedures while ensuring team alignment and capacity building.

Requirements

  • University Degree in technology, management, economics, engineering or other related discipline. A postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
  • At least 5 years of experience in relevant roles in consulting, technology, or start-up companies.
  • Ability to transfer strategic objectives in business growth opportunities. Good analytical and strategy development skills.
  • Sound organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to design, develop and implement services.
  • Ability to manage and control project management responsibilities including project objectives, requirements and constraints.
  • Strong sense of ownership for quality of work and deliverables with the ability to lead and inspire others.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
