Job Description

Novibet is looking for a CRM Product Specialist to join our Marketing team in Athens.

Your role

As a CRM Product Specialist you will be joining the CRM team, reporting directly to the CRM Product Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of CRM projects and Loyalty Programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize CRM platform requirements, considering both business objectives and customer needs
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify CRM trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Working closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
  • Collaborating with the UI/UX team to design intuitive and user-friendly CRM interfaces
  • Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and usability of CRM features
  • Monitoring and analyzing CRM performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and make data-driven recommendations
  • Supporting the training and onboarding of new users on the CRM platform

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the iGaming industry
  • Solid understanding of CRM concepts and principles; Experience in using CRM tools/campaigns is a strong plus
  • Passion about sports and good understanding of online gaming products
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek and English
  • Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good formal presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
