Your role
As a CRM Product Specialist you will be joining the CRM team, reporting directly to the CRM Product Manager.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of CRM projects and Loyalty Programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize CRM platform requirements, considering both business objectives and customer needs
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify CRM trends and opportunities for improvement
- Working closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Collaborating with the UI/UX team to design intuitive and user-friendly CRM interfaces
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and usability of CRM features
- Monitoring and analyzing CRM performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and make data-driven recommendations
- Supporting the training and onboarding of new users on the CRM platform
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the iGaming industry
- Solid understanding of CRM concepts and principles; Experience in using CRM tools/campaigns is a strong plus
- Passion about sports and good understanding of online gaming products
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek and English
- Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good formal presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
