ManpowerGroupGreece, on behalf of its client a multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior BI Analyst
for their headquarters in the northern suburbs of Athens
What is Expected from You:
As a Business Insights Analyst, your main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Use primary research methodologies and secondary data sources to develop and recommend business strategies that drive growth
- Maintain an overview of the market research projects and budget within the Therapeutic Area (TA)
- Interpret research results and assist in generating recommendations
- Coordinate the Competitive Intelligence collection process within the TA
- Analyze market intelligence on competitors, customers, strategy, and product offerings
- Demonstrate the ability of using compelling data and insights to positively impact achievement of business goals
- Support the process of managing outside market research suppliers to help implement the research
- Coordinate the patient and unit-based forecasting of the team ensuring that the necessary models are in place for the forecasting process
- Represent Customer Digital Strategy in different networks and maintain internal and external collaborator connections for insights generation and validation
Requirements
Education And Experience:
- University degree preferably in Data Sciences, Mathematics, BI or Economics
- Master’s degree in relevant fields
- A minimum of 2 years' related experience in Business Insights, Data Analytics or Research roles
- Excellent command of both English amp; Greek languages
- Expertise and excellent use of Data mining software and analytics tools

- Strong communication amp; interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and participate effectively both independently and as part of multiple teams
- Capacity to work under strict timelines, combined with flexibility when emergency situations require this
- Attitude towards achieving goals within a diverse workforce that is oriented around customer engagement
