About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Ecommerce Performance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our company, you will play a crucial role in driving and optimizing the performance of our online sales channels. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving various aspects of our ecommerce operations to maximize revenue, enhance customer experience, and achieve business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, data analysis, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.
- Communicate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends, industry best practices and competitor analysis. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Relevant certifications or additional coursework in ecommerce, digital marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in ecommerce operations, performance analysis, and optimization in a retail or similar industry or digital agency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques to improve organic visibility.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and knowledge of digital advertising metrics and strategies.
- Experience with ERP (Softone) and Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and proactiveness in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving ecommerce growth.
