Digital Marketing Account Manager

We are hiring! We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our offices in Athens!

Responsibilities

• Design and implement assigned business plans on behalf of our clients, based on the client’s business goals.
• Regularly evaluate data insights and propose actions for further optimization (through surveys, Google Analytics, Data Studio reports, website CMS, etc.)
• Provide consultation on commercial objectives meeting client’s expectations.
• Perform organic competitor analysis to discover content gaps and opportunities to optimize Digital Marketing Strategy
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conceive creative marketing ideas/campaigns that help meeting the marketing plan’s goals.
• Collaborate closely with PPC, Creative, and Social edia Management teams in the creation and execution of the marketing plan.
• Identify and evaluate key performance objectives and KPIs, at all related platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and propose omnichannel optimizations.
• Commit in providing the client’s deliverables effectively and in due time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’ s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Consultant/Digital Marketing Account Manager
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the digital industry
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Analytical thinking with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation, and problem-solving skills
