Job Description
Sleed, an e-business amp; digital marketing agency with more than 10 years of field experience and a strategic partner of Google amp; Meta, evolves further into featuring a fully-fledged 360 Integrated Agency and is looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Art Director to join our multi-awarded team and contribute to our success.
As a Senior Art Director, you will work together with our talented Creative Directors and Copywriters to conceptualize and bring to life fresh, creative, and out of the box ideas for some of Greece’s best brands.
The Senior Art Director will collaborate with our creative group to develop ideas that can stretch across multiple ATL and digital channels, contribute to digital communication, and make ideas happen in social media and innovative platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative group and report to the Creative Director
- Develop ideas for ATL, digital channels, social media, and innovative platforms
- Brainstorm with a diverse team and provide valuable insights and fresh ideas
- Support the Creative Director and creative team in various design-related tasks
- Work on specific deadlines and be open to feedback
- Eager to learn and grow professionally
- Main KPIs for the role include creativity, teamwork, and meeting deadlines
Requirements

- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or Fine Arts
- 4-6 years of relevant working experience as an Art Director within an agency environment
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates ability to turn ideas into a creative vision for multiple product categories
- Excellent understanding of the digital environment (web, social media, and apps)
- Excellent understanding of POP, OOH, and ATL materials
- Knowledge of motion design and video editing
- Ability to finalize OOH/Print materials, close drafts, and overlook printing processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Teamwork spirit
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Advanced skills in motion design and video editing.
