ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a company that provides Managed and IT Services in Enterprise clients, is seeking for an experienced Middleware Systems Engineer
Workplace Location: Athens Northern Suburbs, Hybrid working Model OR Clients’ location
What you will be doing:
You will be part of the Engineering team, that consists of highly qualified professionals, in order to strengthen the company's ability to deliver, successfully, IT projects to large Enterprises.
More specifically you will:
- Participate in implementation and support of client IT infrastructure
- Responsible for installation, planning, implementation, performance and maintenance of customers’ middleware environment.
- Problem solving and implementation of existing processes and functions.
- Provide support to customers with respective environments
Requirements
- A BSc, in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Middleware platforms based either on Unix/Linux environments or Microsoft servers. More specifically experience in any of the following:
JBoss EAP, IBM WebSphere Application Server, Oracle Fusion, MS BizTalk - Proven working experience in Middleware installations (such as patching, upgrading, configuration and administration)
- Proven working experience in Enterprise and cluster systems
- High level of professionalism, integrity and responsibility
- Team player with problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn, adapt, communicate and organize
- Strong client phasing skills
- Quality focus
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language
It will be nice to have:
- Certifications in equivalent technologies
- Experience in virtualized environments (VIO Server)
- Experience in clustering and SAN technologies
- Ability to write scripts for work automation and administration assistance
- Experience in writing technical manuals and documentation as well as design Infrastructure solutions
