International Business Development Manager
SYSTEMIC, Greece

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand SYSTEMIC’s reach in financial institutions and investment management industry
• Ability to uncover qualified business opportunities, leverage the company’s expertise and knowledge of the industry to contact potential buyers
• Establish relationships with decision-makers at target companies, present impactful data and information to illustrate their pains and propose meaningful solutions in cooperation with our presales team
• Conduct market research and keep up-to-date with investment management industry trends and customer needs
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and develop new business opportunities
• Collaborate with SYSTEMIC’s internal teams (i.e. product development, marketing) to ensure seamless sales and delivery processes

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Business Administration, or a relevant field of study;
• 5 years' experience in B2B sales preferably in the software industry or IT professional services
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel internationally

• Competence to build and effectively deal and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and proactive
• Strong goal-orientation, critical thinking, able to prioritise and work on multiple projects
