As a Junior Customer Insights Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to collect, analyze and interpret data that will help us acquire new and retain existing customers. Your work will be instrumental in shaping our marketing, product marketing, and communication strategies.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs especially Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint /Google Slides/Google Docs is a must.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively to collect, analyze and report insightfully on customer data from various sources, including surveys, website analytics, and customer feedback, to support acquisition and retention strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize tools like Excel and Google Sheets to collect, structure, and analyze customer data, create pivot tables, and retrieve descriptive information.
  • Assist in identifying customer profiles and segmenting customers based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Conduct regular data checks on all customer data sources to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.
  • Build an excellent knowledge on available customer data platforms and relevant tools.

Requirements

  • University Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Statistics or in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Finance, or Economics
  • MS Office power user, focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work to challenging deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
