Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition amp; Development Manager to join our growing team in our offices in Athens!

As a Talent Acquisition amp; Development Manager, you will design Talent Acquisition and Development strategies, to further empower our growing and aspirated team and contribute to the company's strategic goals and mission. Your main responsibilities will be:

Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee, coach, guide, and support the Talent Acquisition amp; Development team members
  • Design talent acquisition and sourcing, strategies to recruit and onboard top talent in a highly competitive employment market
  • Develop hiring plans and align with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and determine selection criteria
  • Contribute to process optimization to improve efficiency by proposing creative and innovative solutions regarding hiring process, candidate sourcing, assessment tools etc.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives and work with key business stakeholders and the Marketing team to develop a compelling employer branding strategy and attraction campaigns
  • Ensure a great candidate experience/ journey
  • Drive hiring metrics (i.e. Time to Fill, Recruitment funnel effectiveness) and leverage data to facilitate hiring decisions

Talent Development

  • Provide expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the performance management, talent review and succession planning processes throughout the organization
  • Lead and develop learning programs and methodologies companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, workshops)
  • Design and manage the process of Performance Appraisal to assess both organizational and individual learning and development need- Review and analyze data Performance Appraisal cycles
  • Ensure Performance Management drives the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development
  • Execute learning solutions that support culture based on a continuous-coaching-and-feedback performance model
  • Ensure all learning solutions are high quality, efficient, consistent, cost-leveraged and seamlessly integrated
  • Evaluate individual and organizational training and development needs
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition amp; Development Manager/Lead, HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche platforms
  • Thorough knowledge of effective learning and development practices, performance management, succession planning and talent management methodologies and processes
  • Experience with tracking HR KPIs and reviewing and presenting data
  • People-oriented, empathic personality with exceptional professional interpersonal communication skills
  • A sense of ownership, strong stakeholder management with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team spirit/ability to work with professionals with different backgrounds and expertise
  • BSc or MS in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
